Elite Express and Sapphire Jumbo Minimum 2024 Loan Amounts
FLCBank informs all customers of the 2024 minimum loan amounts for the Elite Express and Sapphire Jumbo loan products starting January 1, 2024.
- Elite Express Jumbo: Effective January 1, 2024, the minimum loan amount is $766,551.
- Sapphire Jumbo: Effective January 1, 2024, the minimum loan amount must be $1 over the one-unit conforming loan limit ($766,551).
Please note the minimum loan amount applies to new loans submissions as well as loans currently in the pipeline that are not locked before this date for both loan products.
