Important Announcement: Updated AMC Vendor Pricing 2024

Effective immediately, for appraisal orders placed in Mortgagebot LOS for the AMC Vendor shown below.  The AMC has updated pricing by lowering many appraisal fees; please use these updated fees when quoting the appraisal fee for the Loan Estimate (LE).
