IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Updated NDC Jumbo Appraisal Order Process

FLCBank has updated the NDC Jumbo Products Appraisal Order Process with updated fees. Effective February 18, 2025, all appraisal orders placed on the Clear Capital website will have updated pricing. Utilize the updated fees when quoting the appraisal fee for the Loan Estimate (LE).
