Pricing Jumbo Loans in Loan Sifter/Optimal Blue

Loan Sifter/OB has recently changed their platform and our Preferred Jumbo ARM pricing will not populate unless you enter in the amount of reserves required for the specific program.

If our jumbo product does not populate when running a pricing scenario, please check the ineligible products section for the reason which most commonly will be for reserves.

While we work to resolve this issue, please enter in 30 months reserves in order to clear any potential scenario so that you continue to have access to view and submit loans on our best in class Preferred Jumbo ARM.
